Backer rod is the most effective and most efficient back-up and filler material because it is non-crosslinked and its cells are closed. It does not degenerate when it comes to contact with petrochemicals and other inorganic solutions.
USES/APPLICATION
Backer Rod ensures that sealants remain in place for expansion joint on foot tops, in tunnels, subways, runways and bridges.
Backer Rod prevents vibration of glass panes for windows and sash frames.
Backer rods prevents liquid leakage for joints in waterways, water reservoir, swimming pool, sewage systems and precipitation tanks.
